Coachella Valley Latin Dance Congress
2 Day Event. Nov 20 & 21st of 2020

20+ workshops, professional instructors, live performances, social dancing, pool party, and much more.

Private Event

  • The address will be given out as guests check-in at registration. Every guest MUST register.
  • Registration will take place at the Homewood Suites in La Quinta, Ca. from 12:00 PM- 10:00 PM both Friday and Saturday. There, CVLDC Staff will be completing wellness checks on every guest to ensure the safety of all guests attending this event.  Should anyone fail to make it to registration by 10:00 PM, guests will have to email CoachellaValleyCongress@gmail.com for further instructions or ask the front desk for further details.
  • The event will be taking place approximately 3 miles away from our hotel.
  • Our team will closely monitor the space provided for our event. This being said, we will be taking drastic measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
  • Face masks will be required at all times.
  • Social distancing will be mandatory at all times.
  • Sanitation stations will be available at every entrance. 
  • Wellness checks before entering the event will be mandatory (Temperature & questionnaire).
  • Space is limited, make sure to get your passes ASAP. This will be a private event and we will not be accepting or selling last-minute passes at the registration desk while the event is taking place. We will stop selling our passes as soon as we reach our new and limited attendance capacity. No exceptions.

Recommendations:  

  • We recommend everyone to bring a water bottle to the event.
  • Water bottles will be the only outside drink allowed inside the event.
  • NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD ALLOWED.
  • Bring two types of shoes. Some classes will be on the dance floor and others will be on the grass.
  • Bring Sunscreen with plenty of SPF.
  • Bring a towel if you plan to swim.
  • Bring your own personal hand sanitizer.
  • Bring a hat or purchase a CVLDC hat for shade (Available at the event).
  • Bring a jacket for cold weather at night.
  • MAKE SURE TO DRESS UP! Look at themes for each night!

CVLDC is not responsible for anyone’s health during or after the event. You understand the risk of being exposed to Covid-19 while attending our event; just as well as attending a grocery store or any other establishment that is open and active during this time. If a guest does not comply with our regulations, we have the right to refuse entry to the event.
